See the whole system
Product, economics, merchant experience, field execution, and support must agree before the company calls the work complete.
Leadership & Team
Vision. Execution. Accountability. Real people building the system and owning what happens after the promise.
How Echelon Leads
Leadership at Echelon is organized around visible operating lanes. The company does not need more people protecting titles. It needs people who can name the decision, the owner, the checkpoint, and the next move.
Product, economics, merchant experience, field execution, and support must agree before the company calls the work complete.
Every meaningful commitment has a responsible person, a visible handoff, and a standard for follow-through.
Underwriting, integrations, implementation, and technology have real limits. Honest boundaries protect long-term trust.
The goal is not louder ambition. It is better execution a merchant, partner, or team member can actually feel.
Two Leadership Lanes
Avery and Jae are not interchangeable titles. One owns the operating engine. One owns the product and market direction. Both answer to the same Echelon standard.

Chief Executive Officer
Avery leads the operational and financial discipline behind Echelon Direct. With a career in real estate lending dating to 1998 and merchant services since 2009, he has built and managed merchant-services organizations at eight-figure scale, led teams of more than 50 employees and sales professionals, and completed real estate transactions totaling well into eight figures.
At Echelon, Avery turns vision into repeatable execution across payments, economics, processor relationships, underwriting, equipment, merchant support, and operating systems.

Chief Visionary Officer · Creator of AutoPilot
Jae leads Echelon Direct’s future-facing direction across brand, product strategy, technology, recruiting, sales culture, and market positioning.
An Army veteran, real estate developer, and entrepreneur, Jae has built million-dollar custom homes and managed a seven-figure real estate investment portfolio. At Echelon Direct, he created AutoPilot powered by Echelon ID and owns its long-term product vision.
